Sigma Iota Rho

Honor Society for International Studies

The Theta Xi Chapter of Sigma Iota Rho (SIR) at Nova Southeastern University was recently chartered in 2024. As the National Honor Society for International Studies, Sigma Iota Rho exists to advance the service and scholarship of students of international studies through the promotion of a deeper understanding of world affairs. Chapter members receive a personalized SIR membership certificate, graduation pin and stole, and gain access to SIR’s Journal of International Relations. Chapter members are eligible to apply for SIR scholarships and research grants, submit original work for publication, and serve on the Editorial Board of the society journal. The attached flyer provides additional information about Sigma Iota Rho, eligibility requirements, and membership benefits.
